Consent to personal data processing

There are three consents you can give on this website: for the application form, for SMS about orders and for the waiting list.

Consent for the application form

By sending the application form on the pro.xolodok.pro website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to [company details will be added before launch] (the “service”) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purpose: to review my application, contact me by phone to discuss working together, and prepare a contract if we come to an agreement.
2. Data: name; phone number; city or locality; my experience and the types of work I do; whether I have tools and a car; how I install outdoor units and whether I have a certificate for work at height; tax status (self-employed, sole proprietor, none) and citizenship, if I specified it; when I am ready to start; confirmation that I am 18 or older; photos of my work, if I add them; a convenient time for a call and how I heard about the service, if I specify them; how I find clients now; the name of the friend who recommended the service, if I specify it; technical data about sending the form (date and time, IP address, browser and device type, the ad link and the page I came from, how long I took to answer the questions).
3. Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to persons the service has instructed to process the data ([hosting and CRM will be named before launch]), blocking, deletion, destruction; with and without automation tools.
4. Storage: only on servers in the Russian Federation.
5. Term: the consent is valid for 12 months from the day the form is sent. If we sign a contract, the data is then processed under the contract. If we do not, the data is deleted when this term expires.
6. Withdrawal: write to the service email or tell the service by phone [company details will be added before launch]. After withdrawal the data is deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.

Consent to SMS about orders and terms

This box in the form is ticked separately and is optional. Without it, we will review your application all the same.

By ticking it, I give my consent to [company details will be added before launch] (the “service”) to send me SMS to the number given in the form on the following terms.

1. What is sent: new orders and working terms for engineers in my city. These are advertising messages of the service about working with it.
2. Sender: the service, under its own sender name [SMS sender name will be added before launch].
3. Term: the consent is valid for 12 months from the day the form is sent, unless I opt out earlier.
4. How to opt out: write to support or say on a call that I no longer want SMS. After that the service stops sending them. Opting out of SMS does not cancel the application.

Consent for the waiting list

It is given by those who left their name and phone number on the waiting list to be called later.

By leaving my name and phone number on the waiting list on the pro.xolodok.pro website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to [company details will be added before launch] (the “service”) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purpose: to call me when the service starts working in my city and offer me to fill in the application form.
2. Data: name; phone number; city or locality; date and time of signing up, IP address.
3. Actions with the data: collection, recording, storage, use for the call, transfer to persons the service has instructed to process the data ([hosting and CRM will be named before launch]), deletion, destruction; with and without automation tools.
4. Storage: only on servers in the Russian Federation.
5. Term: the consent is valid for 12 months from the day of signing up. Then the data is deleted.
6. Withdrawal: write to the service email or tell the service by phone [company details will be added before launch]. After withdrawal the data is deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
