Data processing policy
What data we collect from candidates on this website, why, where we store it and how to delete it.

Who processes your data
The ХОЛОД’ОК service, [company details will be added before launch]. Website for engineers: pro.xolodok.pro.
What data we collect
- Your name and phone number.
- Your answers in the application form: city, experience and types of work, tools and car, work at height, tax status and citizenship (if you specified it), when you are ready to start.
- Confirmation that you are 18 or older.
- Photos of your work, a convenient time for a call, how you heard about us, the name of the friend who recommended us, and how you find clients now, if you provided them.
- Technical data about the submission: date and time, IP address, browser and device type, the ad link and the page you came from, how long you took to answer the questions.
- For the waiting list, if you signed up for it: name, phone number, city, date and time of signing up, IP address. Consent text.
We do not ask for your surname, date of birth, passport, INN (taxpayer number) or email.
Why we process it
- To review your application and call you to get acquainted.
- To prepare a contract if we come to an agreement.
- To send you SMS about new orders and terms in your city, only if you ticked that box separately.
- To understand which ads bring engineers to us. For this we count the answers without names or phone numbers.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you send the form. Consent text. SMS about orders need a separate, optional consent: terms of the SMS messages.
Where it is stored
On our server in Russia. Later the applications will be transferred to a CRM whose servers must also be in Russia; the name of the CRM will appear here before launch. We do not sell your data or give it to outsiders.
How long we keep it
12 months from the day you send the form. If we sign a contract, the data is then kept under the contract. If not, we delete it after this period.
Your rights
- To find out what data about you we have.
- To correct it if it is inaccurate.
- To withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your data. We delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- To complain to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority, if you believe we are breaking the law.
How to withdraw consent
Write to the service email or call the service phone number [company details will be added before launch]. Just tell us the phone number you used to send the form.
Cookies and browser storage
The website keeps in your browser the city you chose, your form answers before you send them (we do not put your name and phone number there) and the tags of the ad you came from. This data stays in your browser. After you send the form, the answers are removed from the browser’s permanent storage and are kept only until you close the tab, so that you can add photos and a call time. For 7 days the browser keeps a note that the form has been sent: its number and date, without answers, name or phone number, so that you do not send the form twice. The city and the tags stay until you clear the website data. Your name, phone number, ticked boxes and a phone check call in progress before sending are kept only until you close the tab. After you sign in, a session cookie is set so that you do not have to confirm your number again.
Your document reading settings (wide layout, navigation, dark theme, text size) are also kept only in your browser.
City search
If your city is not on our list or you pressed «Определить по геолокации» (“Detect by location”), our server looks up the city in OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Only the name you typed, or your coordinates rounded to about a kilometre, are sent there. Your IP address is not sent there, and we do not store your coordinates.
